Sevilla Green Logistics Park

Sevilla Green Logistics Park is a logistics project located in Alcala de Guadaira, in the province of Seville, consisting of 150,205 sqm of surface area on a single plot for the development of sustainable logistics platforms seeking its efficiency, growth capacity and sizing of qualities and spaces to attend the tenants’ needs.

The project, considered one of the most important logistics developments in Southern Spain, will follow energy efficiency and sustainability standards in the supply chain, contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions thanks to the installation of rooftop photovoltaic panels. The project will also have BREEAM certification.

Due to its excellent situation and infrastructure, Sevilla Green Logistics Park is directly connected to the backbone of Andalusia, the A-92. It is also connected to the SE 40, the metropolitan area of Seville, and to the southeast with Antequera, Malaga, Granada, Jaen and Almeria.


Total plot area of more than 150,205 sqm, with gross leasable areas from 5,000 to 105,000 sqm. in logistics platforms that can be tailored to the needs of the tenants.

Strategic location

The privileged location of Sevilla Green Logistics Park, just 10 km from the centre of Seville, gives it a unique centrality within an area where there is a high demand for logistics projects and the availability of new logistics developments is low. The area is also connected to the main Andalusian capitals.

It has direct access to the highway, quick access to the SE 30 and SE 40, the ring roads of the capital, the A4 on arrival from Madrid and the exit to Cadiz, which facilitates its connection with the South and the most populated municipalities of Seville (Dos Hermanas, Utrera, Carmona and La Rinconada).

On the other hand, the resumption of the of the tram works in Alcalá de Guadaira will connect the municipality with the city of Seville, facilitating sustainable mobility that linking the areas where the largest economic, industrial, residential and commercial activity is concentrated.


The Sevilla Green Logistics Park is formed by a large plot of land, with up to 105,000 sqm building capacity for logistics platforms adapted to the needs of the clients.


The warehouses will be connected to the main communication networks through the A-92 Sevilla Almeria highway and the SE-40 ring road access to the metropolitan area of Seville.

Thanks to its central location, the park will have direct access to all the rail corridors crossing Spain and Portugal.



The creation of a new Dry Port within the park will serve to reduce the existing overcrowding at ports and provide direct rail connections.
