Málaga Green Logistics Park

Malaga Green Logistics Park is a logistics project located in Malaga city, consisting of 70,849 m² of surface area on a single plot intended for the development of sustainable logistics platforms seeking its efficiency, growth capacity and sizing of qualities and spaces to attend the tenants needs.

The project will be developed following energy efficiency and sustainability standards in the supply chain that will contribute to reduce CO2 emissions thanks to the installation of rooftop photovoltaic panels and it the project will have BREEAM certification.

Due to its excellent situation and infrastructure, Malaga Green Logistics Park is a unique logistics platform located in the first distribution ring of the city of Malaga in one of the most demanded areas of the region.
Located within the Santa Teresa Industrial Park, it is connected to the A-7, the backbone of the Costa del Sol.

Malaga Green Logistics Park will consist of a large block of land, with a gross leasable area ranging from 10,529 m² to 42,500 m², that can be tailored to the needs of the tenants.

The site offers connectivity between the important port city of Genoa (73 km) and both Milan (75 km) and Turin (108 km). In addition to highways, it is located close to the main railway lines.

Located just 7 km from the centre of the city, Malaga Green Logistics has excellent transport links with direct access to the A-7 via the Azucarera-Intelhorce road and is 10 minutes away from Malaga airport.
